In the process of putting together a Photo Ranking site with the following specs (Programming is the only thing needed, design is done):

Main Page:

- 40 New Photos Daily - 10 per page

- 3 Ranking Charts on main page
- 10 Highest Ranked Overall
- 10 Highest Ranked Past Week
- 10 Highest Ranked Past 30 Days

Other Pages:

- Highest Ranked Page with 20 girls per page (as many pages as required for all profiles to be displayed)
- This Week's Top 100 Page based on voting score
- Hall of Fame for girls with x-number of votes and a score over x-number
- Photo Submission page
- Highest Ranked By Age
- Top Ranked By Week
- Top Ranked By Month
- Search field on main page
- and an advanced Search Page

Admin area that will allow me to remove profiles/update profile into/add profiles in waiting database/etc.

Also need a script that will rotate my advertisements.
