You "make" 30 = people probably line up to promote them
You don't make 30 = they still have to pay you for 30 and people don't believe their "hype"

The main thing though it that THEY ARE willing to guarantee the 30. I don't see any other program owners doing that.
I told Hooper to put his money where his mouth is, and to his credit he did.
Don't get me wrong I'm no big fan of the guy, but he definitely believes in his product and ability to convert traffic.
Also, I would have to do WAY more than 30 for people to "line up to promote them"
