From what i remember there is hole in the can that allows pressure and liquid to escape, the can is crushed, then a cap is put on the full can to make it look like it is open.
When the can is shown to you to show it is empty the hole is plugged and the shaking releases Co2 from suspension in the remaining liquid which inflates the can. The cap to make it look open is removed and the can is then opened (why you see so much fiz when the can is opened)
In this video probably even less happening, notice the can leaves the view of the camera one time, switch probably happened there.
Did the guy wiggle his finger when he put it through the hole at all? probably not right? That was not his finger
