I'll try to explain it for the mongoloids who frequent this board. One would expect that a God who is understood to be all knowing would be unflappable, ie calm and not upset or excited over events or crisis because this God already knows the past present and future.
However, the God of the Torah is not of this nature, and there is great evidence of this in the book of Genesis with the stories of Abraham.
