I never said it did - I simply said that
IF Bush was going to get impeachment hearings started it would have to be on releasing the CIA agents name as that is something he cannot declassify no matter what - I also never posted any misinformation - it was all exactly quoted from the White House's briefings and news reports released yesterday.
How does it feel to be on the other end of someone spinning stuff the same way Bush is to the American public - never saying anything untruthful - but never telling the complete story either - hmmm - makes ya think doesnt it
Of course the big part that most of the media has missed is that the 1995 act for classification of documents gives the President the authority to CLASSIFY documents - it does NOT give him the authority to DECLASSIFY documents and to take it a step further there is even a very lengthy legally verifiable process that is followed for declassification - that I guaranfuckingtee you the White House is scrambling to back-document right now
