I am a little confused here, I understand that you want 200 IP's, but I don't know how many Class C's you want them spread out over.
www.GotwebHost.com can provide up to 62 individual Class C's . . . I would predict that eventually we will cover 200 different Class C subnets, but they will never all be available at the same time.
Our clients that need massive numbers of C's pick them while they are available to accumulate the number they need (ie: get 60 now, and add new ones as they are obtained).
