Donny, spamarrest in the end is actually worse than the cause. Every spam mail generates a "confirm" mail, that bounces around and generates bounces, annoys the innocent people who had their addresses joe-jobbed, and generally waste more than it solves. It is a massive ugly bandaid on the gaping wound of a useless, open email system that permits and encourages 100% spoofed headers, information, and such. Blocking it at the very end is an overwhelming job that rarely works.
It might work to an extent, but it really isn't the solution to the problem.
