Soul_rebel, I believe you had a virtual hosting account with us for a very long time. Also our virtual hosting is automated and the control panel is set to provide a 2 week grace period. I apologize if the system suspended your account earlier, this is not common practice.
We make sure all of our customers are satisifed with our service if they're not we always refund or help them migrate to a different host. We dont require long contracts and allow the customers to choose to stay with us because they are satisfied with the service.
