Ive been using
www.rackforce.com for about 6 months and the service is great. I seriously never have to wait more than 60secs for a reply from support.
They have VPS and dedicated servers - the base price is for 1.5mbps but the upgrade is just $175 for 10mbps.
I even get a phonecall from 'Doris' my rep every so often just to make sure I am happy with them.
