I think Chad is right, something has fried in your brain. How would grouping all porn to .xxx accomplish that? Put a card reader on everyone's monitor that they would have to swioe, and provide a DNA sample before access is given?
.xxx isn't going to keep anyone out unless the ISP just blocks everyone by default.
