I agree with the others, about the eyebrows and makeup. In fact, I'd like to see you in a few candid shots without any makeup.

And... not that you have to have a big huge cheesy grin on, but it's okay to smile once in a while. For every couple of "serious sets" you may want to try a few shots where you're smiling.
