Quick question for u guys that know your way around wordpress,

it seems that by default in wp, new posts and categories are generated with ?p=number and ?cat=number,is there a plugin i can use so it genereates static files for posts like title-of-post.html, also have it generate categories like /category/categoryname instead of what it uses by default?
