when you have been doing business witha company for several yers, you dont just drop them, as I would hope paycom wouldnt do either. too much money ont ehtable for both aprties to play games with. with that said, I do have multiple backups in place for shit like this, but i prefer paycom. Im just very pissed at their perfromance and lack of action on the issue
