Who is the best as TGP gallery submissions?

I'm looking for someone I can pay by the month to handle all of my TGP submissions and possibly setting up Partner accounts for my network.

6 sites, 6 galleries per day for 30 days, so on.

Who have you used that got the job done well?

Someone who uses Dream Submitter with a huge database, or Chameleon, or both?

I need someone I can trust to do a great job but isn't so cost prohibitive...
