Under the direction of the General Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of Thumbnail Gallery Postings and Movie Gallery Posting sites. This position is responsible for creative design as well as monetizing traffic sources. The primary goal of this position is to drive revenues through subscriptions to internal and external sites. This interacts primarily with the Manager of Graphic Design and the Gallery Builder as well as other relevant ICS Entertainment staff, and outside partners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build, maintain, and update in-house TGP/MGPs.
2. Identify other TGP/MGP owners for traffic trading.
3. Identify external gallery submitters with whom to engage in reciprocal traffic arrangements.
4. Work closely with internal Gallery Builders to ensure that the most revenue producing galleries are created.
5. Work closely with affiliate managers to leverage TGP traffic in generating revenue from other affiliate programs.
6. Leverage brand and resources to monetize profits through all available means.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma and a minimum of one year of Adult industry experience required. Very strong HTML skills, basic Photoshop skills. Should be familiar with traffic trading scripts such as UCJ, T3 or others, should be familiar with submission software such as X3-submit. High energy level and interest in/enthusiasm for growing the business are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
