Technically speaking anything that is deep fat fried at the proper temperatures does not gain any real fat from the oil or lard due to the balance between steam leaving the food and the inward pressure of the hot oil or lard.
That said yes buffalo wings are deadly bad for you and taste so damn good. Specially the ones we make. Fried first then mixed with a deep red concoction of pure butter and hot sauce. Only to be dipped in a mayo based blue cheese dressing.
