The only time i got arrested for anything and was charged I was 17 .. it was a multiple felonies but I settled with the person and they dropped it. Last time I checked there is nothing on my record because i was under 18 .. but I know when the SEC checks my record they ask me to write a letter to explain it. So I'm sure it's on there for government agencies and shit like that.
