Drive by a Home Depot, and you'll see 20-30 illegals waiting for work. Call the police to arrest them. Wait for the police to not show up, then call them again. Repeat for 2 weeks. Sue the police department for not enforcing the law, or pushing it off on INS to deal with.

Wouldn't work because how you can prove someone doesn't have legal residence by looking that them.
Don't accuse someone else of being ignorant when here you assume everyone that looks brown and stands in front a home depot is an illegal.
