This has nothing to do with immigration people, it has to do with laws. Every country in the world has laws controlling who comes and goes. Why is America "evil" for wanting to enforce the same kind of laws that every other country in the world has??? You should try being in Mexico illegally and see how you do with THEIR legal system. Why is this so difficult to understand?
