Hi,
All Netbilling merchants have their own merchant account for credit card processing but obviously one is not needed for ACH processing. We do have some merchants that only process checks (ACH) through us but not credit cards. Since funds are deopsited directly into your bank account daily, we do not hold funds so we cannot do affiliate payouts.
