Did Webmasters get Screwed by Larry Flynt?

Here's the debate.....

FlyntDigital.com uses text in our promotions to webmasters that say "Larry Flynt Signs These Checks".

In reality, we had Larry's original signature digitized as it would be impossible for Larry to sign thousands of checks one by one.

SleazyDream thinks that we ripped people off because there was a "perceived" value in that some webmasters apparently thought that there was going to be an original signature by Larry on their checks (although we didn't get any complaints about this to my knowledge, except from SleazyDream)

I don't think we ripped anyone off, nor do I think this is false marketing (the bank excepts the digital signature, so it's as good as a hand written signature)

What does everyone else think?
