Here's a little more about the job duties. As far as the VOD program, there are some aspects already existing, but the focus will be on newly developed products.
Job Duties:
-manage a staff of 3 to 4 employees
-managing marketing of our soon to be relaunched VOD product
-manage a sales team to focus on VOD webmaster needs
-coordinate studio deals, maintain studio relationships and meta data collection for DVDs
-coordinate DVD ripping and encoding process
-work with other managers and departments
-act as the main contact for VOD product
-research VOD program improvements
-communicate with team and other managers in alignment with company goals
-encourage and foster an effective team environment
-reward/discipline/review staff
-train staff
-implement quality control procedures
-plan and coordinate projects and project delegation
