you've nice models and you know how to shoot them. This being said, I can't understand why are you using so low quality FHG. And I mean as a whole, I'm not discussing design, but the thumbs themselves, overcompressed to max. I do high quality thumbs yet smaller in KB, but even so, I wouldn't save 1 or 2 kb per thumb sacrifying the aspect of what I'm selling: content. Your big images also look blurry and overcompressed too, and for all the content I bought from you I know you don't shoot like that, I guess a little more image quality will improve your conversions.
