you've nice models and you know how to shoot them. This being said, I can't understand why are you using so low quality FHG. And I mean as a whole, I'm not discussing design, but the thumbs themselves, overcompressed to max. I do high quality thumbs yet smaller in KB, but even so, I wouldn't save 1 or 2 kb per thumb sacrifying the aspect of what I'm selling: content. Your big images also look blurry and overcompressed too, and for all the content I bought from you I know you don't shoot like that, I guess a little more image quality will improve your conversions. Look, I put a zip file for you where I worked a few images from one of your galleries at http://www.fdsign.com/pmarkham.zip Take a look at it and tell me if you wouldn't click a lot more on thumbs like that rather than what you have now

Just in case my point is missing or I'm misunderstood, I'm trying to give some good advice based in my experience, FWIW
