Hmm.. surely nuff I was told a JEW would say that Muslims don't believe it's time unspecific jews do so they can keep up with their anti-islam propaganda. It is true, however, that the Qur'an generally, is applicable to all times and places. Yet, the special circumstances of the beginning of Islam are not the same like today where Islam has been established firmly as a universal faith.

Hmmm so I'm a Jew for being honest about Islam? That's a great sense of logical reasoning you have there

Muslims believe the Qur'an to be the word of god and applicable for all times.

It's strange, because whenever our paths have crossed so far, I've owned you every single time. And then you get all upset and start calling me a Jew, which is evidence to anyone reading that you don't have a clue.

"O ye who believe! if any from among you turn back from his Faith, soon will Allah produce a people whom He will love as they will love Him,- lowly with the believers, mighty against the rejecters, fighting in the way of Allah, and never afraid of the reproaches of such as find fault. That is the grace of Allah, which He will bestow on whom He pleaseth. And Allah encompasseth all, and He knoweth all things." (Sura 5:54)

Muhammad said "if anyone discards his faith [in Islam], kill him". Hence, it is Islamic law that apostates must be killed. Refer to the recent events in Afghanistan for proof.

Allah contradicts himself many times in the Qur'an. Since the later verses are after the earlier ones, it is the later ones which become law. It's called abrogation.

That figures. In order to believe in Islam over not believing in it, one must be rather lacking in the mental processes department.
