Wait a second, you offer epassporte payments and then want him to fill out a W-9? Are you aware that epassporte is used for people offshore or more specifically, for people that don't want to pay taxes(which is pretty foolish)? If he gets an epassporte payment and you've done it many times, why are you asking for a W-9 now? And if the law is the law according to you, why have epassporte at all?
