Thats funny, i also closed my ColoGroup account today. After i forgot my password for ftp i made a support ticket asking for it and that was over a month ago still no reply
. With the other problems i have had enough so opened a suppport ticket asking them to close the account, if i dont get a reply im gonna be REAL pissed.
