We recently got burned on a company logo design by the owner of 'Hotkey Productions'. He dropped an NSF cheque on us...and despite all our efforts, we've been unable to collect on the account.

Now he's call-screening and ducking all our attempts to get in touch to resolve the issue.

I've now passed it along to a collection agency, and advised the little prick (via email) that if he attempts making use of the logo we designed - we'll sue for copyright infringement. My company still holds the copyright on the graphic until the account is paid in full. And we definitely intend to monitor his activities for infringement.
