If I had a dime for everyone I have heard say that in life only to get nailed on something. I knew a guy from Germany who was shooting in Colombia who was in like that (goverment connections he said) and would brag about it to all. Last I heard he is still sitting in a Bogota cell. Been there for about 6 months now.
You are only in like flynn in Thailand if your last name is Adulyadej (Royality). Everyone else you are just paying off one guy to the next until someone wants you out. Then you're out.
