He was a PRESIDENTIAL appointee. Meaning Bush pick him personally for the job. Now considering he was working for Homeland Security you'd think they FBI would do a thorough background check on the guy. Bush can spy on the rest of us, you telling me he couldn't have had the FBI look into this guys computer files before appointing him?
