Aaron, you seem like a pretty intelligent fellow but you fail to realize that there are a couple of people that post on this forum that are also savvy to the laws that regulate business. Hell, I wrote several papers on Copyright Law (you see, I went to college and have my MBA). I'm not someone that downloads legal docs from doIhaveAcase.com and uses 3 syllable words to confuse people. You know for a fact that a case like this has precedent and precedent is all SOS needs to file claim against you.
I don't know the entire story but from what you have posted and what SOS has posted; you are clearly in the wrong. If you want to hire a top-of-the-line defense team to defend you in small claims court
, then so be it. Most people just provide statements and proof that you owe them money and in your case well...you have no case. You would lose hands down and don't step to me with your petty, "Wanna bet?" sophomoric comments. You know for a fact that you will lose and the more you talk the more I'm convinced that you know just what you've researched before posting.
