Whoa, I think you're taking everyone's advice and opinions the wrong way. Its because you are doing so well that everyone is saying you need to make the right legal moves now.
Whatever you do Melissa, don't take the high and almighty position that you are now invincible just because you have money. As ironic as it sounds the more successful you are and the more assets you have, the juicier the target you become for prosecutors. They don't waste time on targets with no assets to seize.
And to publicly state you'll deal with 2257 compliance if it comes up, is really not smart, from a legal standpoint.
The objective is to eliminate any prosecutory tool they could use to fuck you up. So you shouldn't leave anything to chance.
