You can have all the lawyers in the world, if the government wants to make your life difficult they can and will. See how quickly Mr Douglas runs to her aid when he asks for payment and all the accounts are frozen and her house is under notice of pendancy for criminal forfeiture. Sure its a worst case scenario but its a prime example of why you shouldnt stir a bees nest when you're running a company that is hated on by the current administration.

The Mayor (president of the cow shit committee for those of you who think Nebraska has hicks and rednecks) gets wind that her video showing the cops acting like horny little bastards, and violating proper police procedure, could end up in the national media.. He makes a phone call to the police chief.. "If the girl isn't violating any laws that she can actually be arrested for, back off cause we don't need the suits coming to our God fearing little town asking questions." "We don't want them to discover the gov't grants we get are helping to build my new house and pay for your new truck."
People love seeing bad cops caught on tape where they can't weasel their way out of a situation.. So the negativity would turn toward the cops and not her..
