See how quickly Mr Douglas runs to her aid when he asks for payment and all the accounts are frozen and her house is under notice of pendancy for criminal forfeiture. how many lawyers have you spoken to? how many court cases have you been through? how well versed are you with respect to obscenity? what lawyers have you spoken to. what you mentioned is not the worst case scenario. the worst case scenario is tonight we get attacked by aliens, and planet earth is destroyed into nothingness. that is the worst case scenario i can think of.
you obviously know nothing, and spew off basic bullshit about how the gov't can make your life miserable (gee, who doesn't know that). show me one case where someone was convicted of obscenity simply by posing nude (actually, show me one case where someone was tried for obscenity for simply posing nude). then, ill show some of the crazy things that have been tried for obscenity and dismissed. simply take a look around the internet.
