You guys are too caught up in the local cop scenario. If you draw national media attention all it takes is for one of the lincoln DA/prosecutors to call up his buddy he went to lawschool with who's now a US Attorney to take a look at her site and make her life miserable.
You can have all the lawyers in the world, if the government wants to make your life difficult they can and will. See how quickly Mr Douglas runs to her aid when he asks for payment and all the accounts are frozen and her house is under notice of pendancy for criminal forfeiture. Sure its a worst case scenario but its a prime example of why you shouldnt stir a bees nest when you're running a company that is hated on by the current administration.
