she has to fight this one and i support her in that - the question is does she want to continue these run-in's with the local authorities by keep doing the public events that the cops will always find something to charge her with.
very few people win when they decide to fight the government. it looks great in the movies when the hero/heroine is on the courthouse steps being cheered on by the people for taking on the government and winning - but it doesnt work out that way very often and even when it does the price you pay in stress, personal upheavel and lawyers fees takes its toll.
