i started a thread a few days ago about possibly starting to use St Johns Wort for a mild case of depression (i think its more of just winter blues, cabin fever) so heres the update:
Pros: i went and bought a bottle for $5 and started taking 3 a day as the bottles says to. The second day I started to notice changes....laughing alot at funny things (tears in eyes kinda laughing), im more chipper, more motovated, and ironically, i eat less now (i guess food is a "comfort" thing after all ::shrugs:: )
Cons: Before taking St Johns Wort, i was sleeping like 12 hours a day (depressed & didnt wanna get outta bed). Now i cant fuckin fall asleep LOL I was up for over 36 hours on 4 hours of sleep. So i guess my insomnia is back.

*sigh*
All in all though, i give it two thumbs up!!
