it's exactly the same beer that comes out of the bottle. The Carbondioxide
gas is already inside the keg. With real tap beer it is added while opening
the fosset. The keg is nothing more than a fancy jar that holds a plastic
bag with beer (as in the bottle) it has gas co2 thingy that pumps air into
a second bag which then expands pushing to the beer bag so that the beer
comes out.

Don't be fooled you're drinking the same beer as in cans or bottles, it just looks
fancy and is easier to carry around. Those beertenders work on the same
principle.
