I raised hell with them as well and they sent an installer out who re-ran every cable thru the attic, drops into all the rooms I have TV's in, all really nice and clean. (5 tv's with directv, plus two tivos) Now I have his # so any issue I have I call him directly now.
I have the same HD-DVR receiver, once its hooked up, you?re gonna love. Discovery HD rocks!!!

This is nuts.. First, we are both named Jay... Second, I also got a non-English speaking installer on the first visit. Third, these guys basically reran the entire thing today. Fourth, one of them gave me his number so he can hook me up later when I get the audio system.
This must be their playbook?
