as for me the road I live on is under construction, and will be for at least another year. But every time it rains, the water comes down from the mountains with a lot of mud, rock, and trash, and flows through the streets towards the beach. sometimes moving fast enough to move cars.
Why do I stay?? My house is 2 blocks from the ocean, and I can see the water from my office up strairs. I can hear the waves all day and night. I pay about 120 every 2 months for electricity, and the very best beef ( better than anything that you can get in the states is about 12$ a KILO. thats 2.2 pounds.
