As soon as I find a credit card proccessing service that can charge for the software download. I've been turned down by few for the reason that I live in Estonia (eastern europe), that includes PayPal. I've requested pre-sales verification from two companies, and awaiting their reply. They should check the software, verify my banking info, etc.
The price for the full version depends on the volume of sales, chargebacks, piracy, etc. Though, no matter what, the price will not be greater than $39. I also wanted manage a members section where you'd pay once, and then have unlimited access to future versions. Verotel.com would do just fine, but they decided not to.
So, the answer is: ASAP
