When you have the slow sales days just look at the declined sales.. how many were declined that day? I'd bet it won't be any more than usual atleast not that I have ever seen. if u go 12-17 sales a day to 3 it's simply your bad luck your surfers ain't buying.. so maybe start accepting it.
