If you exclude children . old people and those that dont have phones , that must mean some people have 2 or 3 subscriptions. why would you need more than 1 cell phone  are there other things like maybe incar cell's or something ? |
There is a lot of subscriptions where you don't pay a monthly fee.
The company I use I pay no monthly fee I prepay online and thats it, its the cheapest solution. When people are moving between companies I think it takes 6 or 12 months before a number is cancelled and given to someone else.
