Another vitamin for well being is Folic Acid. I read it mimics the serotonin uptake inhibitors. Probably worth a look up to double check that.

i've been taking a daily multi-vitamin for several months now, its weird how i can tell if i missed a day or not cuz i get so depressed and unmotovated and tired.
i bought a small bottle of St Johns Wort last night and took 2 pills in the past 14 hours (doseage is 3 pills a day). so far the only thing i've noticed was that i almost puked in the shower this morning lol (ya know, that warm-sour saliva..the pre-puke symptom lol) then it passed. umm thats about it though.
HOWEVER, i did notice that i've CLEANED MY WHOLE APARTMENT before i went to bed last night

not sure what that was all about. (my place is clean as fuck 99% of the time, only took 20 mins to clean the whole place). but i dont actually FEEL any different. but im doing different things. its only been not even a day yet though. we'll see.
