Borders exist for a reason. To keep people in the countries they belong in and to keep those that don't out.
Understanding the purpose of a border does not make one a xenophobe. No one is talking about eliminating tourism etc between the countries. So this is just yet another example of someone trying to place the race card when they can't make a rational arguement and they find the law to be inconvenient. Sorry, you lose
There have been laws forbidding this for ages. A handfull of states have not enforced the laws effectively because they haven't had the resources to do so. First the minute men stepped in to help with the problem. They're not going away. Now the federal government is stepping in to correct it as well. They won't leave either.
The free ride for criminals is over.
Get used to it or get a greencard like everybody else.
