get this.. 3 weeks ago i ask epassporte to remove my bank account associated with withdraws, because its no longer valid.

I wait a week, no response. I email again. This time Im told it has been forwarded to technical support and will be answered shortly. I wait a week. No response.. I email a 3rd time.. I get an email the same day telling me to call a phone #.

I call, tell my story, get transfered, tell my story again. Guy is completely snotty and tells me "yah, yah, shows right here in the system, 7 days to complete.. its only been five.. so whats your problem?" i ask him.. "so your SURE in 2 days this will be removed?" he says "definetly" I hang up...

its been atleast 7 days longer.. still not removed.. All I want to do is put a new bank account on my epassporte account, to transfer money. So I email them again.. no response yet... FINALLY, i have seen the great support epassporte has offered to SOO MANY OTHERS...
