I am launching a new site in the next 2 weeks and I want offer my clients hosting packages. There are so many out there, can anyone refer me to someone who offers the following in their packages so i can start referring to them:

-Virtual or Dedicated hosting
-Fully managed servers
-POP3 Email
-FTP/SSH access
-CGI/PHP/MySQL/SSL
-Choice of Unix/Linus OS
-RELIABLE Tech support-
-Free Setup
-Preferably level 3 bandwidth
