Yepp, started lifting weight & allot of cardio for the past 4 month, I was weighing at around 225lbs with a little belly 4 months ago, now I am at 207lbs with no belly, thats about 12 hours a week of exercise. It feels good to be back in shape & breeding normally again

Everyone should exercise & stop eating junk food like Mc Dicks!!
I have notice to many girls are fat in my town & its really ashame, it seems they don't care about themselves!!
