2. Yes it's an industry forum, you asked the question, and you were promptly instructed that the correct answer was to consult an attorney. Specific question, specific answer.
3. Peppering your 'business' posts with obscene comments to try and convey your message makes you look like an idiot. No one wants to do business with an individual who embarrases himself by coming off on industry boards as someone with a temper who can't take advice from qualified photographers (AaronM).
Also, it doesn't matter if this is for content production or not - you're still the primary producer.
