First of all, I don't have a business yet, so get your facts straight before you start running your cock sucker. Second of all, this is an industry form correct, so why not ask here? This would be the perfect place to get a quick, and correct response. As for research, I googled as well as posted here, so don't comment on what the fuck I haven't done, unless you're standing over my shoulder watching me. Once again, I didn't ask for your ADVICE, Suggestions, or comments, I asked for the answer to a very specific question. And speaking of law school, brush up on your "getting to the god damn point" skills, because this isn't a direction examination. This is a cross.
