It also wouldnt have hurt you to look up the statute, but I suppose that would have required some actual work and forethought. The question is why would you come to an industry message board asking about a law which pertains to the well being of your business as a whole instead of consulting a qualified professional. As for the Matlock comment - thanks, im almost finished with law school actually.
